Weddings truly are the story of two families coming together. Much like my wife and I, Shaun and Giselle have very different families and the mix is a beautiful balance. Giselle, like my wife, has an enormous family. Shaun, like myself, has a family that is smaller in size, but not in heart. While it is easy in the beginning to be concerned that your partner might not understand the dynamics of a larger/smaller family. It does not take long to realize that having a different flavour of family life is a welcome change. Bringing cultures together, experiencing different foods and customs is a wonderful bonus to finally marrying the love of your life.
