Milton Engagement Photographer :: Katelyn & Brad :: engaged

I had been thinking about a barn shoot for a while.  Scouting locations and holding my breath for the perfect couple to come along.  Don't you love when a plan just comes together? Brad grew up working on a farm.  Katelyn grew up on her family farm, which also happens to be the location of their wedding next year.  To all the future brides out there, use your engagement session to set the tone of your wedding.  It will build excitement for your guests and you will be able to incorporate the images into your wedding day easily.

Huge thanks to The Jessup Family and Shalyn Baker of Mosaic Event Planning for her help securing this location.

Hope you enjoy.  Leave a comment below for Katelyn and Brad if you have a moment.

Toronto Engagement Photographer :: Vanessa & Matt :: engaged

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. We just returned from a week up in Muskoka.  Spent a few days trekking through knee high snow, tobogganing down hills and playing cards near a roaring fire. Arrived home yesterday to more snow, yes, Christmas is in the air.

Vanessa and Matt's engagement was a cold one.  They braved the elements as we found shelter and held each other tight,  keeping each other warm.  While I could not feel my fingers, you could really feel a level of comfort and family between these two during our time together.  When it got too cold to handle we moved inside their house and turned up the heat, both literally and figuratively.

Hope you enjoy.  Leave them a comment if you have the chance.
